Founding Partner

Erkin ÇINAR

Lawyer Erkin ÇINAR graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law in 2008. During his student years, he took the stage with semi-professional theaters for three years. He won the third prize with Istanbul Bilgi University after Galatasaray University and Dokuz Eylül University in the “Moot Court and Trial Competition” organized by the Istanbul Bar Association in 2007. He studied at the University of California San Diego 2009 Legal English Program.

He provided consultancy to Turkey’s leading Holding companies regarding the ports and factories privatized by the Privatization Administration in 2015 and 2018. He still provides legal consultancy to domestic and foreign companies.

He is married and has 2 children.

Managing Associate

E. İrem KALKAVAN ÇINAR

E. İrem ÇINAR, after graduating from Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law in 2008, also completed her master’s degree in Economic Law at Istanbul Bilgi University Social Sciences Institute during her compulsory internship. He graduated in 2011 with his expertise in corporate law, law and business administration, with the project on Worker Seniority in Holding Companies. During her student life, she worked with the group that provided basic and simple legal information in Bakırköy Women’s Closed Penitentiary Institution, within the scope of the project carried out by the Bilgi University Law Clinic, with the aim of reintegrating convicted and imprisoned women into society. In the same period, he participated in workshops with convicts in Bolu F-Type and Tekirdağ F-Type Prisons, within the scope of the activities carried out by the Civil Society Association in the Penal Execution System to make the prisons transparent and strengthen their ties with the civil society.

İrem Çınar, who also studied Management in Family Companies, worked in her own family company for 2 years, got her lawyer license in 2010 and has been working as a managing associate at Çınar Law Office since 2012. She is currently an undergraduate student at the Department of Child Development at Istanbul University.

She is married and has 2 children.

Associate / Mediator

Tuğçe TUNÇER

Tuğçe TUNÇER, who started her law education at Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2008, graduated in 2012 and started her career.

She passed the Mediation exam in 2021 and started to operate as a Mediator. Tuğçe TUNÇER, who mainly works in the fields of Labor and Social Security Law and Family Law, has been a member of the Çınar Law Office family since 2019.

N. Çağrı GÜNDOĞDU

N. Çağrı GÜNDOĞDU, who entered Yeditepe University Faculty of Law as the 368th in Turkey with 100% scholarship, studied International Law and European Union Law at Rotterdam Erasmus University for a period within the scope of Erasmus Student Exchange Program during his bachelor degree.

He is currently at the thesis stage within the scope of the Human Rights Law Master’s Program at Istanbul Bilgi University.

Çağrı Gündoğdu has been a member of the Çınar Law Office family since 2019.

Associate

Hilal DEMİR

Hilal Demir graduated from Özyeğin University Faculty of Law in 2021. At the beginning of his professional life, he participated in many certificate programs such as the Certificate of Current Issues in Professional Law, the Certificate of Participation in Crimes Against Life, the Preparation Phase of the Legal Profession and the Participation in Social Life, the Certificate of Participation in the Sharing of Property in the Inheritance Law and the Certificate of Participation in Mediation within the Framework of New Regulations.

While Hilal Demir continues to practice her profession as a lawyer, she continues to study at Anadolu University, Department of Banking and Insurance.

Hilal Demir has been a member of the Çınar Law Firm family since 2021.

Mustafa Selim BAYHAN

M. Selim Bayhan, who graduated from Sakarya University Faculty of Law, works as a associate at Çınar Law Firm. He is currently continuing his second bachelor degree at Anadolu University, Department of Political Science and Public Administration.

M. Selim Bayhan has been a member of the Çınar Law Office family since 2022.

Ali Fuat ÇALIK

Ali Fuat Çalık works as a associate at Çınar Law Office. He graduated from Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Law in 2022 with “High Honor Degree”. While continuing his university education, he served as the chairman of the Debate Society of his school for 1.5 years. He is currently at the thesis stage within the scope of the Public Law Master’s Program at Istanbul University. He is fluent in English.

Ali Fuat ÇALIK has been a member of the Çınar Law Office family since 2022.

Turan ÇAYLAK

Turan ÇAYLAK, originally from Konya, graduated from Ankara University School of Justice and started his career in 1987. He retired in 2018 after serving as the Çumra Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, Konya Magistrate’s Court Clerk, Kadinhani Courthouse Registrar, Şenkaya/Erzurum, Sandıklı/Afyon, Merkez/Konya, Üsküdar/Istanbul and Istanbul Anatolian Courthouse Executive Director.

Turan ÇAYLAK, who joined the Çınar Law Firm family in 2019, works as the Executive Department Officer of Çınar Law Firm.
